Voices of Our City Choir celebrates five years since America's Got Talent Golden Buzzer win
Join us in celebrating 5 years since our Golden Buzzer win on AGT.
Your generosity helps create real change for people experiencing homelessness

In 2020, San Diego's own Voices of Our City Choir captured hearts on NBC’s America’s Got Talent with a phenomenal Golden Buzzer win from Terry Crews. They performed their original song, “Sounds of the Sidewalk” written by members of the choir which told of their experiences with homelessness, hopefulness, and resilience.
What began as a powerful performance five years ago has grown into a movement — one that continues to uplift lives through music, creativity, and community.
To celebrate this 5-year milestone, all summer long — through email and social media — we’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes stories, member testimonies, photographs, videos, updates, and more about the people behind our AGT performances.
Now, more than ever, your support is vital. Every week we meet folks who are unsheltered, folks who need our help. San Diego is still in the grips of a housing crisis and with your help we can continue to meet the needs of our community.
Voices’ AGT Golden Buzzer win is proof that one moment can ignite compassion and change lives. We want to continue to amplify the voices of our unsheltered neighbors for many years to come. Would you be part of our chorus of support by giving $5, $50, or even $500?
Whether you give a little or a lot, your gift helps us keep the music going, provide life-changing programming, and raise the voices of those so often unheard.
