Because we provide in-person services and programming to our neighbors impacted by homelessness, our team works primarily together on-site. We strive to make our office a fun and comfortable environment. We provide a team breakfast weekly, a paid lunch hour, every other Friday off (and shorter Fridays the weeks we’re in). We are also right across from Balboa Park for mid-day breaks in the sunshine, and a very short walk to delicious eateries!
You First: We offer all full-time employees top-notch medical / dental / vision coverage. We also have Flexible Spending Accounts available.
Generous Paid Time Off: All full-time team members begin accruing sick and vacation time from Day One, up to two weeks of vacation in your first year.
Holidays: We offer 12 paid holidays.
Work / Life Balance: If the Choir is performing on an evening or weekend, we offer our team the opportunity to flex weekday work hours.
9-80 Work Schedule: We work 9-hour days, with paid lunch, and have every other Friday off.

A Groovy Start to Your Week: Every Monday morning, we gather with our choir community, volunteers, and local musicians for an uplifting musical experience, followed by a catered lunch for all.
