Judy Thompson is President of Thompson Search and has spent more than 45 years recruiting and interviewing financial professionals throughout San Diego County. Her firms—Thompson Financial Search and Thompson Interim—are known for exceptional “business matchmaking” that leads to successful, long-term placements. Judy has held numerous leadership and board roles, including Corporate Directors’ Forum, the San Diego State University School of Accountancy, Torrey Pines Bank, Rotary Club 33, and as past president of both the Corporate Finance Council and the Institute of Management Accountants. She has been recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as a Most Admired CEO and Women Who Mean Business award recipient, and holds an AA in Math from Colby Sawyer College and a BS in Psychology from SDSU.
