welcome to a safe, creative community for our unsheltered neighbors
23% of San Diegans in shelters become homeless again in two years. You can contribute to creative solutions. Together, with music, we support lives from sidewalk to shelter to self-sustainability.
we use music to change lives
We conduct street outreach and offer weekly mobile showers to welcome new voices into the Choir.
Our Member Services team partners with each member in meeting their goals and bettering their lives for good.
We offer a safe, sober space with wholesome meals, music, arts, and wellness workshops focused on resiliency.
Choir members become changemakers, voicing their lived experience both in public music performances and local advocacy.
Voices of Our City amplifies the voices of people impacted by homelessness through music and the arts. Our Choir Members develop renewed hope, personal empowerment, and the life skills to achieve their goals.
We envision a city where every person living on the streets has the opportunity to find joy, heal, and freely express themselves.
Since 2017, the nonprofit has impacted the lives of over 275 unsheltered people, connected 30 adults to employment, facilitated more than 90 moves into safe shelter, and reached millions more in over 100 public performances.
we're in this for good.
